Service Definition

1.1. The made-to-measure service consists of creating customized clothing according to the specifications and measurements provided by the client.

Order Process

2.1. Initial Consultation: The client must schedule an initial consultation to discuss requirements, design preferences, and measurements.

2.2. Design and Approval: A design sketch will be presented to the client for approval. Any desired modifications must be communicated at this stage.

2.3. Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to start the work. This deposit is non-refundable.

2.4. Measurements: The client must provide accurate measurements or attend a professional measurement session. Any changes in measurements must be communicated immediately.

Production and Deadlines

3.1. Production Time: The estimated production time will be communicated during the initial consultation and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

3.2. Changes to Deadlines: Any changes requested by the client after production begins may affect the delivery time and may incur additional costs.

Payment

4.1. Payment Structure: The remaining balance must be paid upon personal delivery of the piece. If shipping is required, it must be paid when the piece is ready and before shipping. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or existing methods on the website.

4.2. Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of the service, no refunds are offered after design approval and production commencement.

4.3. Return Policy: We do not accept returns of made-to-measure pieces or pieces purchased from the existing collection.

Fittings and Adjustments

5.1. Fittings: Fittings will be conducted to ensure proper fit. The number of fittings will be agreed upon beforehand.

5.2. Adjustments: Minor adjustments are included in the original cost. Significant or additional adjustments may incur extra costs.

Client Responsibilities

6.1. Accuracy of Measurements: The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided measurements. Any adjustments needed due to incorrect measurements provided by the client will be charged separately.

6.2. Care of the Piece: It is recommended to follow the care instructions provided for the longevity of the piece.

Quality Guarantee

7.1. Materials and Workmanship: We guarantee that all materials used are of high quality and that the workmanship is carried out with the utmost care and professionalism.

7.2. Defects: Any manufacturing defects must be reported within two days of delivery for free correction. In case of shipping to the atelier, the cost is borne by the client.

Privacy Policy

8.1. Data Use: Any personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of making the piece and will not be shared with third parties without the client&apos`;s consent.

Modifications to Terms

9.1. Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client before implementation.
